Okay, the Factory is THE party of the year at the Contemporary. Simply said: you have to be there. I just picked up my super-styling dress from Masula (Marcia, don’t you dare sell another one like it), and you should head down there for an outfit – unless of course, you truly want to channel Warhol with a dress made of aluminum foil (wouldn’t that hurt?).
Saturday, May 12
9:00 pm-12:00 midnight
DJ Andrew will play the beats, and you’ll enjoy complimentary Bud Select and delicious food by by Mihalas, Savor, and Mike Shannon’s. There will be some other special treats in store for you that evening. Of course, theyhave a VIP level as well – which includes a full open bar as well as access to the VIP lounge. Prices are: $25 for ArtLink tickets ($35 for everyone else), $65 for ArtLink VIPs ($75 for everyone else). Tickets are limited; get yours now online.
If you want to get your art groove on TONIGHT (read: now) then head to Laumeier’s annual Art Fair. Tonight is the Laumeier/ArtLink/Alive Magazine Art of the Vine tasting, where you get to. . .yes, taste wine, amongst the beauty of St. Louis County nature and beautiful sculpture. Tickets are under $20 for both entrance to the fair and the tasting.
Okay Gaby….you are my muse…kinda sorta like Edie with Andy.
This event is going to rock!
